The mould method with fibre-reinforced composites is an efficient process for producing high-grade tools. Starting with the master models or prototypes, we produce high-gloss moulds made from composite fibreglass material. With this method, the polished surfaces give the components their irresistible glossy look right from removal.

Depending on the complexity of your master model, we will produce single or multi-part tools for your small series. With one-off articles we use lost moulds.
